Often our clients are hesitant to contact a lawyer out of concerns about the affordability. However, at Apna Law we are generally able to offer a contingency fee arrangement to our clients who are involved in personal injury claims

What is a Contingency fee?

A contingency fee agreement means that a lawyer's fee becomes payable only if the case is successful. In other words, the lawyers do not collect fees unless the client receives a payment for settlement or judgement of the claim.

How much is the contingency fee?

The fees we collect on successful claims are based on a percentage of the ultimate settlement or judgement amount and our fees are highly competitive. For more information, please contact us.
